Number and letter series hide one rule, and you have to find it before the clock runs out. A fixed order of checks, differences first, then ratios, squares and cubes, then two interleaved series, stops you from guessing randomly. Use it when you see a sequence with a missing or wrong term. If the first differences show no pattern, take the differences again before switching to another check.
