Most college projects are built in teams, so the interviewer cannot tell from the resume which skills are really yours. A clear answer uses "I" for your work and "we" for the team's, naming the specific parts you owned. Prepare it for any group project, knowing a deep question about your own part will follow. Never claim the whole project, and do not hide behind "we did everything"; both make the interviewer doubt the rest of your resume.
