"What was the biggest challenge?" tests whether you can debug, reason and learn, not whether everything went smoothly. A short story of the problem, how you found the cause, the fix and the result answers it well. Pick a specific technical issue, like a slow query fixed with an index or a CORS error between frontend and backend. Vague answers like "time management" belong in the HR round, and you must be able to explain why your fix worked.
