Answers to "Tell me about a time when..." often wander, spend too long on background and never reach the point. STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) gives every story the same clear shape, with most of the time on what you did. Use it for any behavioral question, from deadlines to teamwork. Answer with a real past event, not a hypothetical "I would...", and do not hide your actions behind "we".
