Loops that filter, transform and sum data get long and easy to get wrong. A stream expresses the same work as a pipeline, like "students with marks above 75, names in upper case". Use streams for such data transformations, but a plain loop is often clearer when you need early exits or complex state. Remember that nothing runs until a terminal operation is called, a favourite output-prediction trick.
