Java strings are immutable, so you cannot reverse one in place the way you would an array. You reverse through a StringBuilder or a char[], and the same idea covers reversing words in a sentence. Use it when a problem asks to reverse text, words, or part of a string. Avoid building the result with += in a loop, because each step copies the whole string and the total becomes O(n²).
