DevOps and SRE interviews often end with a short live task, like finding the top IPs in a log or alerting on disk usage. These problems test whether you can combine pipes, text tools and small loops quickly and safely. Practise them until the usual pipeline comes without thinking. When a task needs real data structures or will grow past a screen of code, say you would switch to Python.
