Telesales – Work from home (part-time)

InstaMock runs mock interviews with working engineers and AI interview rounds for software engineers preparing for product-company interviews. We are looking for a part-time telesales associate to speak with people who have shown interest, understand what they are preparing for, and help them choose and book the right mock interview.

What you will do

  • Call and follow up with leads who signed up or asked about mock interviews.
  • Understand each candidate’s target role and timeline, and recommend the right plan.
  • Answer questions about pricing, how sessions work and how to book.
  • Keep notes and call outcomes up to date in our lead tracker.
  • Share recurring questions and objections with the team so we can improve the product.

What we are looking for

  • Clear, confident spoken English and Hindi; other Indian languages are a plus.
  • A quiet place to work, a smartphone or laptop, and a reliable internet connection.
  • Available for a few hours on most days, especially evenings and weekends when candidates are free.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling “not interested” politely.

Nice to have

  • Prior telesales, inside sales or EdTech counselling experience.
  • Familiarity with tech interviews or the placement process.
